BIRTH TIP -To help soften and relax the pelvis – Add a few drops of pure rose oil to carrier oil and massage inner thighs, hip flexors , groin and psoas area or add a few drops of pure rose oil to a bath to help soften and relax the ligaments of the pelvis.
