I don’t know about you all but  Sometimes I find it hard to eat healthy and consistently especially when I’m running around, out and about on the town. Here is a list of on the go snacks that don’t go bad and you can bring in your purse or keep in your car. How to be safe and comfortable when traveling on airplanes during pregnancy

With the holidays now in full swing I have been getting tons of emails from clients and people asking me what’s the best way to be safe and comfortable while flying the friendly skies. Here is my top tips for safe travels.  Wear comfortable loose clothing . Bring a towel and roll it up place it behind your lower back for support. Bring a neck pillow. Stay SUPER hydrated. Deep belly breathing has so many healing and health benefits. It’s something I have all my moms to be do in birth. Your power is in the breath … You can’t stop the waves but the way that you breathe through them can help you have a more relaxed and easier ride. The slower and deeper you breathe the calmer you will become. I have been trying to get my people for years to eat garlic while they are pregnant and they just look at me like I am bat shit crazy ! Holistic remedies for cold and flu season during pregnancy

Tis the season … Yup it’s that time of year again where coughing and sniffles fill the air. As much as you try and avoid the sick people in your life  or the germs that fill the air sometimes you just get plan old sick. I remember reading years ago that a cold is your body’s natural way to detox.
