Sometimes you just got to vibe alone to regroup, refuel and connect back in with yourself. When you are constantly around others your energy can start to blend and mix in with theirs often leading to loosing your own identity. It’s import every once in while to take alone time for yourself to dust off your aura and reclaim your energy. A trigger for me when I haven’t taken enough time for myself is I get irritable or anxious … This is a sign I need to regroup with myself. Often I find there is some emotion or situation that I just needed a few minutes alone to process and feel. You can’t explore what you need if there isn’t any space to do so. Taking time for yourself every once and a while isn’t selfish but will help you return back to your life more rejuvenated, whole, grounded, patient, clearer, compassionate and happier.
