I just invented this YUMMY recipe and it was so healthy and super delicious that I just had to share with you all!!!
When you are pregnant your body makes double the amount of blood so its really important to get enough iron in your body .
During the 2nd and 3rd trimester your baby is growing rapidly and needs more protein .
I have only come across a handful of pregnant women that haven’t suffered from constipation . Getting enough fiber in your body is a must for keeping yourself regular .
2 cups-Cooked quinoa
1/3 cup-Cooked black beans
3 –Organic farm raised eggs
1 cup-Organic spinach
Organic salsa to taste
Himalayan sea salt
* Place the 2 cups of cooked quinoa and 1 cup of black beans in a bowl, scramble your eggs and add spinach, when cooked add in your cooked quinoa and beans .Place back in bowl add salsa , cut up avocado and himalayan sea salt to taste .
EASY as 1,2,3 !! I make a huge batch of quinoa weekly and keep in my refrigerator . You can buy cooked organic black beans I always choose the ones in the carton( not a big fan of canned goods) .
Spinach – High in Vitamin K , rich in iron , potassium , calcium and omegas .
Quinoa – High in protein , fiber , iron and magnesium.
Black Beans – High in iron , protein and fiber.
Avocado – High in omegas for brain development
Omega 3 Eggs – High in protein, choline , omegas , vitamin D.
Himalayan Salt – Promotes healthy PH balance in your cells especially in the brain , helps prevent leg cramps and promotes sleep .
