Last night I was with a client that was sick. Her husband made a batch of this soup to help her heal that was sooooooooooo delicious and good. I left them and ran to whole foods and bought all the ingredients and this morning made me a big old batch of it. This makes a lot so after eating some I put the extra in mason jars and stored in the freezer. I figured I can bring these to births with me to drink while I’m in labor with clients. It will be especially good to drink daily during flu season or while working in the hospital.
This original super healing recipe was developed by Physician Henry Bieler to help heal a variety of illnesses. This soup contains zucchini , celery and string beans, which are rich sources of organic potassium and sodium. This soup helps to clean, nourish and revitalize the body. Sometimes when you’re sick, the best thing to do is not eat but to keep a liquid diet instead. This delicious recipe is also good for energy, alkalizes the body, and supports the liver and the adrenal glands. It also helps the pancreas control blood sugar, helps with weight loss, as well as cleanses the body.

· 2 stalks of celery

· 4 whole zucchini

· 3 cups of string beans

· 1 bunch of (Italian) parsley (cut off the ends and discard)

1 Tablespoon of Ghee

1- 2 clove of garlic.

Pitch of Himalayan sea salt

Cut up celery, zucchini and string beans and place in pot. Add water to cover vegetables ( I use chicken bone broth mixed with water for a little extra healing Magic). Bring to a boil and then simmer until vegetables are tender but slightly crisp.

Then put the vegetable water ( bone broth) and the cooked vegetables together into the blender.
Blend until liquefied.

Add a tablespoon of Ghee, parsley and raw garlic clove

Blend again until parsley and garlic are liquefied.
