  • 4 Childbirth education 101 and preparation sessions, either in-person or virtually
  • Set birth intentions, create an authentic birth plan with personalized birth affirmations
  • Comfort measures, labor positions, tricks, and tools, including breathwork, massage techniques, and meditations for birth
  • One month-out session to prepare the body for birth, work through any last-minute fears, and recap
  • Prenatal breastfeeding preparation with Carly Matsik
  • Natural remedies for all ailments and referrals to any pregnancy or post-birth experts and products
  • Available via text or email for any questions and will return messages within 24 hours
  • You will get Lori's 10-week virtual Mindful Mom-to-Be group coaching program, as well as a free membership to her Mama Portal

The Birth

Lori will be by your side at whatever point you feel you need her when you are in labor. During your labor, Lori holds a space for you and your family, bringing in massage, energy work, breathwork, visualization, movement, labor positions, meditations, aromatherapy, life coaching, and intuitive guidance. Lori will be your best advocate, cheerleader, and bring the healing magic into your birth. She will always come from a place of compassion, non-judgment, and empathy and will 100% support you in whatever way you choose to authentically birth your baby.

*A back-up doula will always be provided (in case of emergency)

  • Daily check-ins for the first week postpartum via text or phone

Birth Preparation

  • 1 Intake session to dive deep into your vision and personal needs. We will set the foundation for your pregnancy (nutrition, supplements, stress levels, etc.)
  • 1 Transformational coaching session curated from your personal intake session: including tools, practices, and journal prompts crafted just for you throughout your pregnancy and into motherhood
  • 4 Childbirth education 101 and preparation sessions, either in-person or virtually
