I’m a doula, family + birth photographer, and a proud mama of two. I live and work in Los Angeles, supporting families through the raw, sacred, and life-changing moments of birth, postpartum, and early parenthood. My passion lies in holding space for women as they step into their power, because I believe birth isn’t just about babies being born — it’s about mothers being born, too.
Each birth is different, and every story deserves to be honored. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, I’m here to walk alongside you with an open heart, steady hands, reverence, care, and deep respect for whatever your journey looks like. Whether I’m there as your doula, your photographer, or both, my goal is always to support you in feeling seen, held, and empowered.

Stephanie Sands is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula who believes that birth is meant to unfold as it has since the beginning of time—with trust, instinct, and the deep wisdom of the body leading the way. With a calm, nurturing presence, Stephanie helps families navigate the birth experience without fear, grounded in knowledge, connection, and confidence in their innate strength.
Blending evidence-based education with compassionate, hands-on care, she meets each moment with sensitivity and support, whether at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital. Stephanie believes every woman deserves to feel safe, seen, and powerful as she brings life into the world—and she’s honored to walk beside you on that journey.

Already Within is a sanctuary of remembrance and embodied healing - a space for women to return to the wisdom of their own bodies. Guided by Pam Kessinger, each offering weaves somatic yoga, intuitive bodywork, trauma-informed hypnotherapy, and sacred birth and postpartum care to support you through life’s sacred thresholds. Mary McBain
I grew up in England but have been living in the US for sixteen years, now located in Studio City but very happy to travel. I heard my calling to be a doula four years ago and was quickly connected with my wonderful mentor, Lori. Birth is my favorite subject, and the most special thing I have ever been a part of. I am a highly intuitive doula and adore helping people to create a birth story they love to tell. I specialize in finding the Joy in childbirth.
Samira Castellanos
Samira Castellanos is a DONA-trained birth doula, a mentee of renowned doula and author Lori Bregman, and an experienced postpartum doula with over 15 years of dedicated service to families throughout Los Angeles County. With a distinguished background as a retired hospice nurse, Samira brings exceptional clinical sensitivity, emotional steadiness, and a profound respect for the human experience to every family she supports.
Her clients describe her as calming, intuitive, and deeply grounding—someone who creates a safe, reassuring environment while offering evidence-based guidance and wholehearted care. Samira’s approach blends professional reliability with warm, nurturing support, helping families feel confident, prepared, and truly seen as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition.

Sally Bricker
As a birth doula, Sally is called to support women and families with warmth, compassion, and a loving presence during one of life’s most transformative experiences.
Originally from Detroit, Sally resides in Los Angeles and has cared for children for over three decades. With this lifelong connection to childcare and a deep love for babies, Sally brings calm, grounded energy to every birth, creating a space where families feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Sally’s mission is to honor each woman’s voice, intuition, and choices. Through deep listening, curiosity, and non-judgment, she helps clients connect to their own inner wisdom—trusting that everything they need is already within them.
Sally believes birth is not just a physical journey, but an emotional and spiritual one as well. Rooted in her long-standing spiritual and meditation practices, Sally remains centered through the intensity of labor, trusting in the power of stillness, breath, nature, and divine guidance. Above all, Sally’s intention is to bring love, peace, and unwavering support—so every family feels seen, heard, and held as they welcome new life into the world.
Kristen Martinez
Meet Kristen Martinez! She is a pregnancy coach, birth & postpartum doula, and surrogacy mentor. As a birth worker who has a strong passion for all things surrogacy, Kristen combined the best of both worlds and is devoted to supporting and educating surrogates and intended parents throughout their surrogacy journeys with a holistic, mindful approach. Starting at contract execution and ending with a closing of the journey postpartum, you will be in loving hands every step of the way.

Kiki Lazarus is a Birth + Postpartum Doula in Los Angeles, California. She provides families with a deep well of emotional, spiritual, and physical support through the profound thresholds of Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Parenthood. Her practice combines softness + structure to create a calm ecosystem of care, integrating evidence-based, modern birth work with the physiologic wisdom encoded in our DNA. She centers holistic hormonal balancing through gentle postpartum bodywork + warming nourishment to promote healing and nurture the infant–parent dyad.
